UK Listed Pennpetro Plans a Takeover of Canadian Biofuel Firm ICENERGY, Norfolk Solar Farm Appears

On 16 October Pennpetro Energy signed a heads of agreement to take over ICENERGY, a Canadian company that turns waste wood into fuel pellets to replace coal. The deal is all shares, and a fundraising is planned alongside it.
