Cityhill Buys 69 Percent of AOMI for 91.1 Million, and Half of Victoria Falls Hotel Is for Sale

A filing dated 15 October shows Hong Kong listed Cityhill will buy 69 percent of AOMI Corporation for up to 91.1 million dollars. Separately, a Zimbabwean group is asking shareholders to approve the sale of its half of the famous Victoria Falls Hotel partnership for 15 million dollars.
