DKSH Agrees US$390 Million Acquisition of NewBridge Pharmaceuticals

DKSH has agreed to acquire Dubai based NewBridge Pharmaceuticals for an enterprise value of approximately US$390 million, expanding its healthcare commercialisation platform across 14 MENA markets. HPC could source pharmaceutical distributors, healthcare commercialisation companies, regulatory specialists and medical sales organisations seeking investment or acquisition and connect them with international pharmaceutical groups and investors.
