Silgan Creates US$7.3 Billion Packaging Platform

Silgan and American Industrial Partners are creating a diversified global metal packaging platform valued at approximately US$7.3 billion through the combination with Trivium Packaging. HPC could use this transaction as a buyer signal and source smaller packaging manufacturers, metal processors, closures businesses, recycling companies and specialist industrial suppliers that could become bolt on acquisition targets, with transaction sourcing fees potentially exceeding US$100,000.
